WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll join our Technical Delivery experts within the Enterprise Technology team, part of Bain’s digital capabilities practice. In this multidisciplinary group, you’ll help clients modernize their tech strategy, architecture, and systems aligning technology with business goals to drive efficiency, agility, and innovation. You’ll develop enterprise-wide solutions, optimize cloud and data architectures, and integrate AI to enable scalable end-to-end digital transformations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Mission

• Support the day-to-day implementation of technology transformation projects, focusing primarily on the delivery and operationalization of strategic initiatives to achieve significant business outcomes and impact
• Maintain direct engagement with the clients and assume responsibility for major components of the project that are critical to successful delivery of the platform
• Lead cross-functional teams in implementing project management strategies to achieve project objectives, including scope, schedule, budget, and business results
• Focus on delivery assurance to ensure the efficient and effective implementation of strategic recommendations, utilizing project management principles to monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of project outcomes
• Improve efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of clients’ business processes and operations in the context of large tech transformations ensuring tangible value creation for clients
• Identify issues, create hypotheses and execute analysis; translate data into meaningful insights; present recommendations to key decision-makers
• Drive clients to action by developing comprehensive plans to implement strategic recommendations and managing their execution to achieve desired outcomes
