An IT Specialist will oversee the management of the entire IS&T infrastructure and provide technical assistance to end-users across various LVMH brands in Mexico.

This position involves close collaboration with internal departments and headquarters to implement a global and local IS&T strategy and roadmap.

Main responsibilities include :

• Technical operations execution, incident resolution, and change management
• Deployment of new laptops, iPads, or iPhones
• Troubleshooting and debugging technical / business applications issues
• Testing and deployment of business applications
• Physical installation and testing of network devices
• Management of local vendors for solutions and services

The specialist ensures the Mexico organization receives necessary support from HQ's IS&T department, facilitating application support (SAP, CEGID, Sales Force) in coordination with key users and HQ teams.

They work with Brands' teams and SSC to understand operational needs and long-term evolution, consolidating local projects into an implementation roadmap.

The specialist defines IT cost center budgets and follows up on costs, setting KPIs to monitor service levels provided to stores and HQ.

Expected skills include :

Strong communication and project management skills are required, as well as budget management and vendor / contract management experience.
