We are seeking a strategic leader with proven experience in operations management and business growth, capable of maintain relationships with renowned architects and designers building strong client relationships and leading multidisciplinary teams. Position ́s description :

• Put forward constructive suggestions on the overseas expansion strategies of the client brand and spatial solutions based on local market conditions; implement local brand promotion plans in accordance with the overseas market strategy guidelines.
• Independently and jointly with local agents, develop designer channels, establish connections with renowned architects and designers, and include the company's products in their databases.
• Independently develop agent channels in the assigned country with the support of the headquarters.
• Collaborate with the headquarters' brand and marketing department to support overseas agents in the overall planning, establishment, operation and project implementation of the brand promotion; undertake business liaison between overseas brand agents and the headquarters in China.
• Sort out target customers by leveraging existing resources and overseas market channel analysis, and jointly formulate business exploration plans with local brand agents.
• Cooperate with local agents to promote the development of the client brand in their respective countries and regions.
• Establish sales channels through distributors and cross-industry cooperation.
• Be responsible for the development of one of the following regions, including Central America, South America, the Middle East, North Africa, South Africa, the Asia-Pacific region, Australia, Eastern Europe, and Southern Europe. This includes identifying target customers, integrating resources, and conducting market development.
• Conduct regular market analysis and reviews to continuously expand the product's market share.
