GIM Living Spaces is looking for its next Commercial Manager

If you have experience in luxury real estate sales , this challenge is for you. We are seeking a strategic profile with excellent presence and the ability to lead high-level projects in the premium segment.

SITE : SANTA FE / ALVARO OBREGÓN

What you will do

Lead the commercial strategy for residential units starting at 20M MXN in exclusive areas such as Bosques de las Lomas, Interlomas, and Bosque Real.
Oversee construction progress, corporate showroom, and titling processes.
Design and implement sales experiences for High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) .
Represent the brand at exclusive events ( friends & family, networking, launches ).

Requirements

Proven experience in selling premium residential developments (minimum 5M MXN).

Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with AAA clients.

Advanced English (other languages are a plus).

Academic background in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields (MBA or postgraduate preferred).

Knowledge of digital marketing and management of high budgets.

Availability to travel (CDMX, Mérida).
