MSP Growth Agents LLC is Recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) that supports businesses with IT optimization, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions. We’re seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative / Appointoment Setter (ISR) to generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule conversations for senior leadership. This is a great opportunity to develop sales skills in the high-demand tech industry.

What You’ll Do :

• Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential B2B clients
• Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for the MSP’s leadership
• Use CRM tools (e.g., Close.io) to track outreach and results
• Collaborate with sales coaches in weekly 1 : 1 and group huddles
• Hit daily / weekly KPIs for dials, conversations, and meetings booked
