We're looking for a
hands-on, versatile
and
execution-driven Finance & Administration Manager
to help
building the operation from the ground up

setting up processes, ensuring compliance, managing finance day-to-day,
and
reporting internationally
this role is for you.
What You'll Do
Lead daily
finance & accounting operations
– cash flow, invoicing, payroll, bank reconciliation, monthly closings
Manage
budgets, reporting, audits, and tax compliance
Support the
SAP ERP implementation
and ensure local / global alignment
Oversee
administration, vendor management, contracts
Act as the
local point of contact
for HQ teams in the U.S. and Europe
Ensure compliance with
Mexican tax and regulatory frameworks
Help build the foundation for
future growth
Who You Are
Finance / Accounting professional
with
operational experience in international small / mid-sized companies
Confident managing
day-to-day finance
and
administrative
processes
Experienced with
SAP (or similar ERP)
Fluent in
English & Spanish
, capable of connecting with global teams
Proactive, reliable, and ready to
wear multiple hats in a start-up environment
