Responsibilities
Drive the development of work teams to create value through the efficient execution of preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery, in compliance with customer standards for service, quality, delivery times, and costs. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in operational processes. Ensure product manufacturing meets established quality and sanitation specifications.
Qualification Overview
As a leader in production equipment repair and maintenance, your role will be key to ensuring operational efficiency and plant sustainability. Your main responsibilities will include :
- Overseeing work orders, quotations, and coordination with suppliers and purchasing for equipment repairs.
- Ensuring operational continuity above 98%, reducing tons lost due to mechanical failures.
- Planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance programs aligned with the plant’s technological platforms.
- Managing the MOH budget by controlling R&M expenses, fixed asset inventories, and utility consumption according to the annual plan.
- Applying methodologies to identify environmental aspects and actively participating in their evaluation for new, current, and future processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years in similar roles within industrial environments.Proven experience in preventive and predictive maintenance management.Budget management for MOH, including R&M expenses, fixed asset inventory, and utilities.Proficiency in maintenance methodologies : WCM, TPM, and Lean Six Sigma.Intermediate to advanced English (able to communicate in technical and operational settings).Availability to support operations 24 / 7 as needed.Visionary and transformational leadership with a focus on actionable coaching.Strong teamwork, service-oriented mindset, and high sense of responsibility.Ability to perform under pressure and make strategic decisions.What You Can Expect from Us
