Technical Account Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Account Manager , based in Monterrey, Mexico .

The Technical Account Manager will be responsible for leading the relationship with key manufacturing partners, ensuring successful software deployments across production lines, and securing tangible operational results.

This role combines technical execution with strategic account growth, overseeing deployments, providing hands-on technical support, and identifying upselling opportunities through expansion, new modules, and advanced industrial AI solutions.

The ideal candidate bridges factory operations and business outcomes, ensuring long-term partner success and sustainable value creation.

Qualifications Experience in Account Management and Sales, preferably in industrial or tech environments.

Strong skills in Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and client communication.

Proven Project Management and coordination capabilities.

Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management.

Ability to work on-site in Monterrey, Mexico, and travel up to 40% across LATAM.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechatronics, or Chemical Engineering (or related field).

Background in manufacturing or industrial operations is preferred but not required.
