Finance Manager

As a Finance Manager , you will play a crucial role in managing our finance operations and ensuring the precision and reliability of our financial data in the US & México. Responsibilities :

• Prepare journal entries for company operations to support month-end closing.
• Analyze data for multiple balance sheet accounts and identify variances.
• Perform reconciliations between companies and accounts such as banks, suppliers, and clients.
• Support process improvements, document new policies and procedures for strong internal controls.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and internal policies.
• Collaborate with external auditors.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Apply and comply with U.S. federal, state, and city tax legislation.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attend both internal and external meetings.
• Utilize Dynamics 365 Business Central.
