Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Treasury Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a critical role in managing our financial resources, ensuring efficient cash flow, and supporting our operations across Latin America.
- Manage daily transactions by conducting payments, reviewing vendor payments, and maintaining updated records of bank balances and financial obligations.
Build relationships with banks, financial institutions, and payment service providers.
Monitor liquidity to ensure funds are available for operational needs.Create regular reports for distribution.Prepare and maintain daily bank movements (SharePoint). Manage bank accounts, monitoring daily balances, and ensuring all movements match company records.Set the cash position.Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, and other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.Provide support for audits and internal reviews related to treasury processes.Review and schedule incoming and outgoing payments and financial transactions to ensure compliance with commercial contracts.Manage account opening and closing, understand usage rules and restrictions of each account.Upload account movements to the SAP system to avoid closure.Verify each payment meets criteria before processing.Ensure payments process adheres to policies.Maintain proper documentation and filing of treasury-related records.Requirements
English proficiency level B2Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related fieldAt least 2-3 years of experience in treasury operations, financial analysis, or accountingAdvanced MS Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysisKnowledge of cash flow management, banking operations, and financial reportingNice to have : Experience working in multinational companies or the energy sectorSkills
