Requirements

• Experience in content strategy and creation, with proven success in a growth-focused fast-paced environment
• Experience managing and scaling high-performing teams with a focus on ownership and accountability
• Strong editorial judgment with the ability to balance brand voice, creativity, and performance
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills across formats and channels
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to measure and improve content performance, own outcomes and drive measurable impact
• Writes and speaks fluent English
• It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus
