Overview

Director of Content Performance and Operations – LexisNexis. This leadership role offers the opportunity to drive AI-enhanced workflows, manage global vendor partnerships, and lead a high-performing team across North America and beyond. You’ll use tools like Excel, Power BI, and Tableau to optimize processes and contribute to a forward-thinking, international organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead operations for legal content in the secondary law domain.
  • Enhance workflows using AI and emerging technologies.
  • Apply analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) for insights and decision-making.
  • Collaborate across time zones, primarily US-based, with occasional coordination in Asia.
  • Travel to vendor and team locations as needed.
  • Deliver clear, strategic presentations to senior stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
  • Drive high-quality, scalable content production in collaboration with editorial teams.
  • Build and support a diverse, agile team culture focused on accountability and innovation.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Partner with product and tech teams to integrate AI into core workflows.
  • Promote consistent processes and governance across global teams.
  • Engage regularly with senior leaders to align strategy and celebrate progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or related field.
  • Experience in operations, content management, or publishing—legal or regulatory content is a plus.
  • Proven success in executing strategic plans that improve efficiency and quality.
  • Strong leadership skills, including managing hybrid and international teams.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools.
  • Comfort working with large data sets and AI tools to inform decisions.
  • Financial and stakeholder management experience in complex organizations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Flexibility to work during US / Canada business hours.
  • Expertise with data-visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, advanced Excel) and comfort using LLMs to analyze large data sets to drive decisions.
