We’re a fast-growing SEO & Ads agency serving Real Estate Investors and Roofing companies across the U.S. We’re looking for a proactive Client Operations Manager (Remote - LATAM) to help us deliver world-class results and exceptional client experiences.
🎯 Purpose
The Client Success Manager ensures every client experiences consistent delivery, proactive communication, and measurable results. This role is the heartbeat between our clients, internal teams, and external vendors - ensuring every campaign is on time, on target, and driving retention, referrals, and growth.
🧩 Role Overview
We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to serve as the main point of contact for all client relationships.
You’ll coordinate communication between internal teams (SEO, Local SEO, Backlinks, Web, and Ads), manage delivery timelines, and maintain visibility and accountability across 40+ active client accounts.
The right person is a problem & solution hunter - proactive, accountable, and confident making decisions that keep clients happy and results on track.
This role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and collaborates closely with the SEO, Ads, and Web teams .

Internal : SEO Manager, Local SEO Specialist, Backlink Specialist, Web Developer, Media Buyer
External : SEO white-label partners, Meta Ads agencies, PPC vendors

🚀 Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring proactive communication and zero-surprise moments.
- Coordinate deliverables across SEO, Local SEO, and Ads teams to ensure tasks are completed on time and at high quality.
- Review dashboards (AgencyAnalytics, GSC, GA, etc.) to interpret KPIs and flag opportunities or issues.
- Track client health (Green / Yellow / Red) and support proactive actions for “At Risk” clients.
- Ensure all recurring workflows, reports, and client updates in ClickUp are completed on time.
- Prepare thoroughly for client meetings - reports ready, KPIs reviewed, and next steps outlined.
- Support internal growth projects and pilot services (e.g., coaching programs or new offers).

5+ years in Client Success, Account Management, or Project Coordination within SEO, PPC, or digital marketing.Excellent spoken & written English - confident leading calls and writing updates for U.S. clients.Strong understanding of SEO & Ads fundamentals and KPIs.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing 35+ clients at once.Proactive, accountable, and driven by outcomes.Familiar with agency operations and delivery tools (ClickUp, AgencyAnalytics).Nice to have : Experience in Real Estate, Roofing, or Home Services .🗓 30 / 60 / 90-Day Plan
Day 30 : Learn systems, review dashboards, and take over a subset of clients.
Day 60 : Fully own communication, ensure all KPIs are met, identify process improvements.
Day 90 : Show measurable improvement in client satisfaction and retention.
