Emi is an AI recruitment assistant that automates screening, validation, scheduling and document collection.
About the Customer Success Team
Our team solves real problems for clients and candidates. We build strong client relationships, data‑driven decisions and pivot between implementation, sales, product and tech to drive results.
What you’ll be doing
You will manage enterprise client relationships, guarantee adoption and build loyalty. You will drive initiatives, deliver results presentations and be the customer voice inside Emi.
Tasks / Activities
- Build a close, long‑term relationship with client leadership and champions.
- Drive user adoption with tools and activities.
- Deliver and communicate ROI throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Be the customer voice inside Emi, providing insights to product and tech teams.
- Act as trusted partner for use‑case and product functionality.
What we’re looking for
5 years of experience and at least 2 years managing relationships with large companies, ideally enterprise accounts.Experience in Management Consulting, Customer Success, Account Management, or Business Development.Analytical mentality.Impressive executive presence and communication skills.Strong leadership skills.Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes.Experience working with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Services).Thrives in a growing environment with the uncertainty of an early‑stage startup.Fluent English speaker or native is a plus.What we offer
