Job Title : Java Application Support Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Java L1 Production Support professional to join our team at Global Service Center (GSC).
Key Responsibilities :
- Resolve user issues related to applications operation.
- Analyse and investigate issues.
- Review logs to identify errors / issues.
- Contact users for better understanding of issues.
- Contact other teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain support for spring MVC, APIs, and Java Microservice applications.
- Implement proper unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing for developed applications.
Required Skills :
Relevant experience in support and programming of Java API Endpoints.1 year using Core Java for Production Support of Microservices applications or +3 years as developer for this kind of applications based on Java.Spring framework +2 years of experience as developer but preferably as support engineer.Spring APIs + 1 year experience whether at development or preferably support.Able to maintain fluent conversation in English.Taste for supporting users with IT issues.Taste for analysis and investigation.Taste for collaborating with teammates and other teams for issue resolution.Benefits :
