The client is looking at hiring a Clinical Service Lines Manager for their team at Guadalajara, Mexico.
Role Description :
Lead 3-5 direct reports, 150-250 total reports and manage P&L across multiple sites in a country, lead client interactions during key review meetings, oversee business delivery, drive initiatives for operational efficiency & talent management and collaborate with leadership on long-term initiatives
Academic and professional background :
5. Process & Project Management : Expertise in process improvements, project management, service line expansion and experience with Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
6. Client & Stakeholder Management : Track record in managing client relationships and improving satisfaction.
7.Talent Leadership : Experience leading large teams, managing talent development, and addressing workforce challenges like attrition.
8.Regulatory Knowledge : Familiarity with healthcare compliance and data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
