We're seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in RevOps and be able to scale outbound at enterprise volume.

- You have never managed outbound infrastructures sending 1M+ cold emails per month

What You'll Do : Key Responsibilities
Owning and optimizing HubSpot automations (3+ years proven work)Running outbound prospecting via HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Salesforge (goal = 1M+ cold emails sent per month)
Architecting and managing outbound email infrastructure (deliverability, warmup, domains, inboxes)Designing and executing digital marketing automations across channelsDriving measurable RevOps growth directly tied to revenueRequirements
HubSpot expert : 3+ years of workflow + automation masteryClay power user : at least 1+ year of proven experienceSalesforge outbound experience (scaling cold email at volume)Outbound ops expertise : managing 1M+ cold emails / month, infrastructure + deliverability know-howRevOps + growth marketing mindset (you think in systems, pipelines, and revenue)Perfect English (non-negotiable)Based in LATAM (time zone aligned)Compensation and Benefits
