Descripción del trabajoBachelor's degree in a Business or related field Human Resources preferred or high school degree general education diploma and four years of relevant experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree At least two years of experience in full life cycle recruitment from opening of job to onboarding stages Experience assessing and qualifying candidates using behavioral interviewing techniques candidate assessments and other effective tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ability to quickly develop and maintain strong relationships with internal customers and external customers Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems ATS Demonstrated ability to perform essential duties of the position with or without accommodation Life insurance Major Medical Expenses Insurance extends to spouse and two children under 25 years of age if applicable Minor Medical Expense Insurance Savings Fund Pantry vouchers ten percent of your salary additional Thirty days Christmas bonus Twelve days of vacation in the first year increasing by two as dictated by law

This role is responsible for working closely with hiring managers to develop a proactive approach to attract and retain top talent The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for leading all aspects of the recruitment process including strategy implementation sourcing screening and employment offer development
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
- Source requirements from diverse channels such as job boards social media employee referrals and paid advertising
- Screen applicants and conduct initial interviews to determine best candidates
- Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding processes for new hires
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidate pools
