We are currently seeking six Talent Acquisition Specialists to join our organization's recruitment team
This role is responsible for working closely with hiring managers to develop a proactive approach to attract and retain top talent The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for leading all aspects of the recruitment process including strategy implementation sourcing screening and employment offer development
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
- Source requirements from diverse channels such as job boards social media employee referrals and paid advertising
- Screen applicants and conduct initial interviews to determine best candidates
- Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding processes for new hires
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidate pools
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in a Business or related field Human Resources preferred or high school degree general education diploma and four years of relevant experience in lieu of Bachelor's degreeAt least two years of experience in full life cycle recruitment from opening of job to onboarding stagesExperience assessing and qualifying candidates using behavioral interviewing techniques candidate assessments and other effective toolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills ability to quickly develop and maintain strong relationships with internal customers and external customersProficient in Applicant Tracking Systems ATSDemonstrated ability to perform essential duties of the position with or without accommodationWhat we offer :
