Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Invoice Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the processing of vendor and distributor invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments for both internal and external partners.

You will work closely with our partners to troubleshoot and resolve any exceptions or roadblocks that arise, as well as identify and implement efficiencies to streamline the invoice process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in commercial operations or a related field

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience working with international currencies, taxes, and business processes
