Job Description

What Will You Do as an Intake Specialist?

You will be the first point of contact between potential clients and our legal team. This role is essential for providing a warm, clear, and professional experience from the very first interaction, helping build trust and ensuring an effective transition into legal consultation.

Key Responsibilities :

Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to potential clients in both Spanish and English.

Conduct initial interviews to identify the legal needs of prospects.

Accurately record information in the corresponding platforms.

Qualify prospects and schedule appointments with legal consultants.

Confirm previously scheduled appointments.

Provide timely follow-up to potential clients to maintain their interest and ensure continuity of the process.

Requisitos

Position Requirements :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English ( mandatory ).

Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service, sales, or call center environments.

Ability to work under pressure and meet weekly performance goals.

Proficiency in digital tools such as CRM software, Google Workspace, and Zoom.

Professional, empathetic, and client-focused profile.

Willingness to receive continuous training on topics assigned by the firm.

Ability to support and contribute to team performance indicators.

High school diploma (required); university studies in administrative, legal, or communication fields are a plus.
