We’re seeking a world-class Operations Manager to be the CEO’s primary operating partner - owning the operating system, execution rhythm, and cross-functional alignment that drive profitable, scalable growth.
In this fast-paced role, you’ll turn strategy into repeatable, measurable outcomes.
You’ll orchestrate planning and delivery across Revenue Operations, Delivery / PMO, Client Success, People Ops (with CPO), Finance (with CFO), and Marketing enablement - ensuring our Scalable OS, ClickUp, and Go High Level (GHL) work as one truth for goals, work, and lifecycle performance.

Key Responsibilities Leadership Operating Rhythm Run the daily / weekly operating cadence : drive priorities, unblock decisions, and enforce standards in Scalable, ClickUp, and GHL.
Review GHL dashboards for pipeline velocity, conversion, retention / expansion; ensure tight handoffs with CX.
Performance & Planning Present the Monthly Operating Review (revenue / margin, NRR / GRR, delivery quality, NPS / CSAT, forecast accuracy, risks).
Sponsor continuous improvement : SOP modernization, automation in GHL / ClickUp, AI-assisted workflows, and cost control.
Scaling Foundations Refresh Scalable OS artifacts (V / TO equivalents, governance, playbooks); conduct org design reviews and succession planning.
Benchmark agency performance to top-quartile peers (utilization, cycle time, gross margin, NRR) and rebalance the portfolio for growth and efficiency.
People & Culture Model people-first leadership : clarity of roles, psychological safety, crisp communication, and high ownership.
Partner with People Ops to keep a healthy talent pipeline, and enable leaders through playbooks - not heroics.
Requirements Experience & Scope 5 - 10+ years scaling operations in agency / consulting / SaaS-adjacent environments with demonstrated P&L impact.
Track record building operating cadences that improve margin, utilization, delivery quality, NRR, and forecast accuracy.
Operating Systems & Tools Scalable (or equivalent) for goals / scorecards / OKRs and meeting rhythms—expert level.
Data integrations across ClickUp ↔ GHL ↔ finance; KPI architecture and workflow automation.
Leadership & Communication High EQ, clarity, and candor; excellent stakeholder management across CEO, CFO, CPO, RevOps, Delivery / PMO, CX, and Marketing.
Decision athlete : fast, data-driven calls with measured risk; simplifies complexity into repeatable mechanisms.
Success Metrics (Illustrative) Revenue & Margin : On-time / on-budget delivery rate; target gross margin.
Systems : Data accuracy across Scalable / ClickUp / GHL; automation coverage of key workflows.
