As the Assistant Food & Beverage Director, you will work closely with the Food & Beverage Director to ensure the seamless operation of dining establishments and be services. Your leadership and passion for hospitality will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of guest satisfaction while driving revenue and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Include :

• Assist the Food & Beverage Director in managing the daily operations of food and beverage outlets.
• Ensure all guests receive exceptional service, aligning with the standards set by Belmond.
• Support the development and implementation of innovative F&B concepts and menus.
• Monitor and control budgetary and financial performance, ensuring adherence to goals.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure quality and creativity are maintained across all offerings.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and performance management of F&B staff, fostering a positive team environment.
• Conduct regular inspections of outlets to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Participate in the management and execution of special events and private dining experiences.
