As the Assistant Food & Beverage Director, you will work closely with the Food & Beverage Director to ensure the seamless operation of dining establishments and be services. Your leadership and passion for hospitality will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of guest satisfaction while driving revenue and operational excellence. You will be an integral part of a dynamic team, helping to create memorable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities Include :
- Assist the Food & Beverage Director in managing the daily operations of food and beverage outlets.
- Ensure all guests receive exceptional service, aligning with the standards set by Belmond.
- Support the development and implementation of innovative F&B concepts and menus.
- Monitor and control budgetary and financial performance, ensuring adherence to goals.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure quality and creativity are maintained across all offerings.
- Assist in recruitment, training, and performance management of F&B staff, fostering a positive team environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of outlets to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Participate in the management and execution of special events and private dining experiences.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a luxury hospitality.Bachelor's Degree (Gastronomy, Hospitality, Tourism or similar)Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings, service techniques, and event management.Exceptional leadership skills,Communication and interpersonal skills.Fluent in EnglishStrong organizational and time management skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Benefits
