Responsibilities
Escalation point of contact for logistics transactions
Providing training to suppliers / shippers as needed (onboarding and support)
Working with mode team to drive best practice across sites (e.g., tender load time, dwell time)
Execute various mode shipment requests, cross dock planning and spot bid.
Directly address carrier performance issues (failed pick up / delivery or in transit delays) and communicate those internally
Assist with invoice resolution related to logistic transactions
Other duties as assigned

For this role, you will need
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics operations, transportation coordination, or supply chain execution
Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams
Demonstrated ability to manage carrier relationships, resolve performance issues, and escalate logistics disruptions
Analytical skills to evaluate shipment metrics (e.g., tender load time, dwell time) and identify process improvements
Experience with invoice reconciliation and resolving billing discrepancies related to logistics transactions
Working knowledge of cross-docking, spot bidding, and multimodal shipment planning
Preferred qualifications
Preferably, resides near Apodaca, Nuevo León or has no issues commuting daily to the plant, which would support closer integration with local teams and on-site operations
