Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support and coordinate multimodal logistics operations across land, air, and sea. Each day, you will collaborate with internal teams and logistics providers to ensure timely and efficient shipment handling. You will also showcase your skills by preparing logistics performance reports, managing trade documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance overall supply chain efficiency.

This role is contributing to the ABB's Electrification Logistics and Transportation division in Apodaca.

You will be mainly accountable for :

• Coordinating and supporting daily logistics operations for multimodal shipments (land, air, and sea), ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
• Sharing updates and status to both internal and external clients in a timely and proper way.
• Managing and verifying shipping and international trade documents (e.g., BL, AWB, bill of lading), ensuring compliance with internal policies and trade regulations.
• Assisting in the preparation and follow-up of logistics performance reports (KPI tracking, delivery times, shipment status, etc.).
• Contributing to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing actionable solutions to enhance operational performance.
• Ensuring effective communication with international suppliers and clients in English, both written and verbal, to support smooth logistics execution.
