Role overview

We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to be the analytical and creative engine for several founder-led, growth-stage clients. You’ll own and uplevel financial models and dashboards, then turn raw numbers into clear, compelling stories that drive smarter decisions. This is a hands-on, client-facing role reporting to our Fractional CFO—with daily collaboration, high ownership, and plenty of room to innovate across BI, automation, and content. ✍️

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain 3-statement financial models (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement).
• Develop and refine cash flow forecasts to help clients manage their liquidity.
• Conduct unit economics analysis to assess the profitability and viability of business models.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports that summarize client performance and insights.
• Construct complex financial models for public CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) and eCommerce businesses.
• Comfortable engaging with founders / CEOs of startup businesses. Our typical client is doing $2 - 20mn in revenue
• Utilize financial analysis to create compelling content for social media, emails, whitepapers, and reports.
• Collaborate with the team to develop strategies and recommendations for clients.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and models.
