Senior Revenue & Pricing Analyst (100% Remote – Boutique Hotels)

Descripción del trabajo12 vacation days 15 days Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo) Major medical insurance Accounting / tax support Analyze hotel performance metrics (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, booking pace) to identify pricing opportunities. Build and maintain pricing models and forecasts in Excel or Google Sheets. Calculate and adjust rates, discounts, and packages based on demand, competition, and profitability. Prepare and present pricing and revenue performance reports to leadership. Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, local events, and seasonality. Update rates in Cloudbeds (PMS) and across OTAs (Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, etc.). Evaluate rate plan effectiveness and suggest improvements. Support the development of pricing processes and long-term revenue strategies. 4+ years of experience in hotel revenue management, pricing, or financial analysis. Strong understanding of yield management, pricing structures, and revenue KPIs . Experience with independent or boutique hotels preferred. Proven ability to calculate rates, margins, and forecasts accurately.

Location : Remote
⏰ Schedule : Monday to Friday | 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM CT
Salary :
Payroll : $32,000 – $36,000 MXN / month + law benefits
Direct Contractor : $38,000 – $45,000 MXN / month net + benefits
Final salary will be determined based on experience

About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Revenue & Pricing Analyst to support pricing, forecasting, and revenue optimization for a growing portfolio of boutique hotels.
This is a high-impact, data-driven role for someone who enjoys working with numbers, building pricing models, and translating insights into actionable rate strategies. You’ll collaborate with leadership to analyze performance and recommend pricing adjustments to maximize revenue and profitability.
