Senior Revenue & Pricing Analyst (100% Remote – Boutique Hotels)

Descripción del trabajo12 vacation days 15 days Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo) Major medical insurance Accounting / tax support Analyze hotel performance metrics (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, booking pace) to identify pricing opportunities. Build and maintain pricing models and forecasts in Excel or Google Sheets. Calculate and adjust rates, discounts, and packages based on demand, competition, and profitability. Prepare and present pricing and revenue performance reports to leadership. Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, local events, and seasonality. Update rates in Cloudbeds (PMS) and across OTAs (Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, etc.). Evaluate rate plan effectiveness and suggest improvements. Support the development of pricing processes and long-term revenue strategies. 4+ years of experience in hotel revenue management, pricing, or financial analysis. Strong understanding of yield management, pricing structures, and revenue KPIs . Experience with independent or boutique hotels preferred. Proven ability to calculate rates, margins, and forecasts accurately. Advanced Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, data modeling, trend analysis). Experience with Cloudbeds or similar PMS. Analytical, precise, and highly detail-oriented. English : C1 / C2 level (written and verbal) Strong communication and reporting skills Comfortable working remotely and independently Proactive, organized, and data-focused

📍 Location : Remote
⏰ Schedule : Monday to Friday | 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM CT
💰 Salary :
Payroll : $32,000 – $36,000 MXN / month + law benefits
Direct Contractor : $38,000 – $45,000 MXN / month net + benefits
💡 Final salary will be determined based on experience
