Bueno Law, an immigrant-led and owned humanitarian immigration law firm based in San Rafael, California, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team of Bueno Law Warriors : Our mission is to empower ALL Latinos who have suffered persecution to achieve permanent status in the United States through humanitarian relief, transforming victimhood into empowerment. The ideal candidate will be a proven sales closer and trainer, fluent in English, Spanish, and (Portuguese is a plus), and 100% aligned with our mission, vision, core values, and service standards. This role is critical in driving client acquisition, ensuring exceptional client experiences, and leading a sales team to support our vision of becoming the most prominent immigrant-led humanitarian immigration law firm on the planet.
Client Acquisition and Sales Leadership : Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to attract and onboard clients seeking humanitarian immigration services, focusing on survivors of domestic violence, hate crimes, gender-based crimes, and human trafficking. Consistently meet or exceed client acquisition targets by leveraging proven sales methodologies.
Sales Training and Mentorship : Train and mentor a team of sales professionals, equipping them with the skills, techniques, and mindset to effectively communicate Bueno Law's mission and convert leads into clients. Develop and implement a replicable sales training program based on your proven sales methods.
Client Relationship Management : Oversee the sales process to ensure adherence to Bueno Law's Service Standards, including treating clients like VIPs, overcommunicating, responding within 24 hours, and maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor.
Performance Metrics and Accountability : Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to leadership on client acquisition, conversion rates, and team performance. Ethical Standards and Cultural Alignment : Uphold Bueno Law's commitment to standing on the right side of the ethical line, ensuring all sales practices align with the firm's values of integrity, client focus, and cultural humility. Fluency in English, Spanish, and (Portuguese is a plus) (written and spoken) is required to effectively communicate with clients and team members from diverse Latin American backgrounds.
Proven Sales Expertise : Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a track record of consistently closing deals and exceeding targets. Experience in training others in a replicable sales methodology is essential.
Leadership and Training Skills : Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and train a sales team, fostering a collaborative and client-focused culture. Experience in developing sales training programs is a plus.
Cultural Competence : Strong understanding of and empathy for the experiences of Latin American immigrants and refugees. Technical Skills : Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools for working with remote team members.
Consistently operates with honesty and transparency, standing firmly on the right side of the ethical line.
