The analyzed data is used in diagnostics, screening, pharmacogenomics and research applications, parts of which are also built by the Genomics Platform team.As a Senior Software Engineer - Genomics Platform, you will : Design and code software systems for our genomic applications and services.Collaborate with product managers, bioinformaticians, scientists, and other engineers.Own deliverables from ideation to production operationalization.Deploy and operate software with reliability and scale for our users and health systems.Establish strong engineering practices that are adopted across the organization.About you : 7+ years development experience in Go, Python, Java, C#, C++, Javascript, Ruby or similarFamiliarity with distributed systems, databases, data modeling, APIs and web applicationsAffinity for an engineering culture that emphasizes agile, DevOps, and continuous deliveryProven track record of successful project deliveriesFluency in English, both written and verbalPluses : BS+ in Computer Science; coursework in genetics or bioinformaticsExperience working with and deploying front end sites using ReactProficiency with distributed systems built on cloud infrastructure — AWS or similarExperience with AI-powered software development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Roo Code and ClineWhat We Offer : A Commitment to Your SuccessWe take care of our team with benefits that provide flexibility and support for your growth—what we call prestaciones superiores a las de la ley.Competitive Compensation : A strong base salary plus an annual performance bonus.Expected Helix Base : $95,000-$125,000 MXP / monthlyExpected Helix Discretionary Annual Bonus : 5% of your annual salaryComprehensive Health : 100% employer-paid premium for our Bronze Family Health Insurance plan, with eligibility from your first day.Allowances & Stipends : Home Office Stipend : we will reimburse up to $500 USD for essential workspace items, so you are fully equipped to perform your best.Phone Allowance : 700 MXP monthly.In-Office Perks : 80 MXP daily for transport and 250 MXP daily for snacks on office days.Generous Time Off : Flexible vacation policy plus all national holidays.Hybrid & Remote Flexibility : Hybrid : Our office is located at WeWork - Varsovia, Mexico City.

Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, CDMX.Remote (for team members living 80 km or more outside Mexico City) : We'll invite you to our CDMX office 3-6 times a year for key training and team meetings.
