About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled IDM Specialist to support customer service engagements focused on access provisioning migrations . This role involves managing end-to-end identity lifecycle processes, ensuring secure and compliant access to enterprise applications, and contributing to cloud and infrastructure security initiatives.

This opportunity is hybrid for Guadalajara and remote if based anywhere else in Mexico.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and execute end-to-end access provisioning , including access checks, validations, and role assignments.
• Perform user identity creation , including assignment of birthright roles based on organizational policies.
• Conduct role-based access control (RBAC) reviews and ensure users have appropriate roles for application access.
• Work across IAM and IGA platforms , leveraging features such as :
• Access reviews
• Role mining
• Certification campaigns
• Policy enforcement
• Collaborate with application owners and security teams to validate access requirements and implement controls.
• Support SSO integrations , including OAuth and SSL configurations.
• Manage digital signature implementations and ensure secure document workflows.
• Assist in triggering and managing certification processes for compliance audits.
• Utilize Linux and Docker commands for troubleshooting and deployment tasks.
• Apply knowledge of AWS and cloud platforms to support identity-related configurations and migrations.
• Respond to technical queries and assessments related to Kubernetes , IAM architecture, and cloud security.
