Identity Management Specialist Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Management Specialist to support customer service engagements focused on access provisioning migrations. This role involves managing end-to-end identity lifecycle processes, ensuring secure and compliant access to enterprise applications, and contributing to cloud and infrastructure security initiatives.

• Lead and execute access provisioning workflows, including access checks, validations, and role assignments.
• Manage user identity creation, including the assignment of birthright roles based on organizational policies.
• Conduct role-based access control (RBAC) reviews and ensure users have appropriate roles for application access.
• Work across Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platforms, leveraging features such as :
• Access reviews
• Role mining
• Certification campaigns
• Policy enforcement
• Collaborate with application owners and security teams to validate access requirements and implement controls.
• Support Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations, including OAuth and SSL configurations.
• Manage digital signature implementations and ensure secure document workflows.
• Assist in triggering and managing certification processes for compliance audits.
• Utilize Linux and Docker commands for troubleshooting and deployment tasks.
• Apply knowledge of cloud platforms to support identity-related configurations and migrations.
• Respond to technical queries and assessments related to Kubernetes, IAM architecture, and cloud security.
