As a Senior OCM Consultant IT / Cloud Consultant at Kyndryl, you will be re‑energized with a fresh set of challenges, including working on large enterprise, fast‑track infrastructure projects. Your expertise in prioritizing use cases, conducting ROI and business case analyses, and seamlessly incorporating security and resiliency into future state designs will shape the foundation for success.

You will strategically develop a future state vision and roadmap, revolutionizing the infrastructure and network requirements to meet the ever‑evolving needs of both IT and business. You'll be the catalyst for improved performance and productivity, identifying areas where efficiency can be optimized, costs minimized, risks reduced, and performance enhanced. You will capture, prioritize, and analyze technical requirements, both functional and non‑functional, ensuring that every aspect of the solution is meticulously crafted to perfection.

Responsibilities

• NAVIGATE complex organizational structures to effectively deliver OCM solutions.
• CONTRIBUTE to business growth by supporting proposal development and client presentations.
• ADHERE to project governance and reporting requirements.
• COLLABORATE with business leaders to understand change goals and develop effective adoption strategies.
• LEAD and manage high‑impact OCM initiatives.
• MENTOR and coach team members to ensure high‑quality OCM delivery.
• CONTRIBUTE to the continuous improvement of OCM methodologies and tools.
• DEVELOP and implement effective communication and training plans.
• ENSURE timely and accurate delivery of OCM deliverables.
• IDENTIFY and address potential resistance to change.
