Microsoft Cloud Identity Architect

Overview

Vendor Delivery Manager at Penta Consulting. We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory), focusing on Cross-Tenant Synchronization and Cross-Tenant Migration strategies. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize identity solutions that enable secure collaboration and tenant-to-tenant transitions for enterprise environments. This is a remote position, requiring professional English written and oral communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end architecture for Microsoft Entra ID solutions, including Cross-Tenant Synchronization, Cross-Tenant Access Settings, and Tenant-to-Tenant Migration.
• Define technical roadmaps and migration strategies for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Ensure compliance with Zero Trust principles and Microsoft security best practices.
• Implementation and Delivery : Lead the deployment of Microsoft Entra ID Cross-Tenant Synchronization and Cross-Tenant Access configurations.
• Oversee identity lifecycle management across multiple tenants.
• Integrate with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, and other SaaS platforms during migrations.
• Governance and Security : Implement Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and Identity Protection policies.
• Ensure adherence to compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.).
