Position Overview :

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR specialist to join the team as an HR Generalist . The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions to enhance our organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities :

HR Generalist Responsibilities :

• HR Operations : Support all employee inquiries via various intake channels, including the collection, verification, and / or dissemination of human resources information on various topics such as benefits, records, salary, absences, hiring, and policies and procedures
• Onboarding : Administrate and process new hire information. Facilitate new hire onboarding session
• Offboarding : Coordinate document creation and exit interviews for voluntary termsBenefits Administration : Ensure all employees
• LOA : Case management Compliance : Employee record updates, reporting. Assist with payroll and payroll related records. Update and maintain employee information, ensuring all HR-critical administrative transactions are accurate and handled in a timely and compliant manner. Update and maintain HRIS systems
• Project Support : Assist with special HR projects – which can include plan, design, communicate, train and / or implementation.
• Data Integrity & Reporting : Aligned w / TA and Senior HR Manager to better support operational and project-based work
• Operational Excellence : Continuous optimization of the above areas of work
