Job Summary
The Teleria Customer Solutions Expert is responsible for handling incoming orders for money transfers and bill payments, as well as addressing customer inquiries related to products, locations, and exchange rates. This role is key to ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding the company’s reputation by consistently delivering excellent service with enthusiasm over the phone.
In addition to processing customers’ orders, the expert actively contributes to revenue growth by developing sales skills, retaining customers, and recommending the most convenient money transfer payment locations for them. Also, cooperate actively with any active campaigning as social efforts.
