ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Teleria supervisor will build a strong team and shape staff behaviors to accomplish desired results. You will play a collaborative role in growing and implementing standards and processes. You will deliver reports and constant communication.
To ensure success you need to employ prudence and tact in interacting with others and be focused on customer and staff retention. Preferred candidates are able to perform to a high level of accuracy, and are meticulous and organized.
What we are looking for
3+ years of experience in call center operations and team management.
Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
Excellent communication in English and Spanish (verbal & written).
Knowledge of KPIs, performance metrics, and operational procedures.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks under pressure.
Schedule flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays if required.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations of the Customer Care team to ensure high-quality service.
Manage schedules, staffing levels, and performance metrics for efficiency.
Coach, train, and evaluate operators and team leaders to achieve goals.
Monitor calls and ensure compliance with policies, processes, and standards.
Address escalated customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
Develop action plans to improve team productivity and customer satisfaction.
