Job Title : Remote Growth Marketing Manager 100% Work From Home

Location : Remote from Latin America

Position Type : Full-time

Salary : $2,300 - $2,500 USD per month (depending on experience)

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM Central Time

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute marketing strategies focused on lead generation and client acquisition.
• Build and manage multi‑channel growth campaigns (paid media, SEO, email, social media, and partnerships).
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials and brand assets.
• Optimize the company’s digital presence, ensuring consistent brand positioning and messaging.
• Track campaign performance, analyze data, and continuously adjust strategies for better results.
• Participate actively in brainstorming sessions and team projects, contributing directly beyond task management.
• Identify new marketing opportunities and implement creative solutions to boost visibility and engagement.
