This full-time and remote position offers flexible working hours with core availability from 8 AM to 2 PM CDT (GMT-6 in winter, GMT-5 in summer), Monday through Thursday. Outside core hours, you can manage your schedule as long as you meet deadlines and responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Management – Lead and mentor the Outbound Marketing Automation and Marketing Research leads, guiding their teams, overseeing daily operations, and fostering accountability and growth through regular 1 : 1s and team meetings.
- Outbound Strategy & Execution – Oversee the end-to-end outbound marketing strategy, from targeting and prospecting to messaging and engagement. Build scalable, automated campaigns across LinkedIn and other B2B channels and refine processes to maximize impact.
- Data, Research & Insights – Collaborate with the Marketing Research team to identify high-value accounts and opportunities; analyze campaign data to deliver insights that boost conversions and ROI; stay updated on automation trends and buyer behavior.
- Collaboration & Alignment – Align outbound campaigns with broader sales and marketing strategies and GTM initiatives to drive strong lead flow and effective follow-up.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in B2B outbound marketing, with at least 1 year in a management role, ideally in high-growth or SaaS organizationsExperience managing direct and indirect reportsExpertise in automation-driven outbound campaigns, especially LinkedIn outreach, with hands-on experience using tools like Clay, Make, and other automation platformsSkills in GTM strategy, reporting, and optimization across outbound channels, with a strong analytical mindsetPassion for outbound marketing, ability to stay ahead of trends, and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environmentNice to Have
Experience in the Home Improvement IndustryExperience creating reports in ThoughtSpot and HubSpotWhy HomeBuddy
