Role Overview
As an analyst within Redwood, you will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and building reports from complex data sources. You will delve into unique issues within the logistics space and partner with cross‑functional teams across business, technology, and product to ideate, develop, recommend, and implement solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop informative solutions for our brokerage that impact metrics and streamline network operations.
- Conduct root‑cause analysis to identify the key drivers influencing operational performance and outcome variance.
- Identify new opportunities and recommendations to drive business impact through data exploration and collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Communicate results / insights to various stakeholders to aid strategic decision‑making.
Qualifications
Bilingual in English / Spanish; proficient level for verbal and written communicationBachelor’s Degree required (or equivalent experience); preference in Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.Three years of experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation, or a similar space.Creative thinker who is intellectually curious, with a passion for solving puzzles and continuous learning.Self‑starter, entrepreneurial, highly adaptable, who can take initiative in a fast‑moving environment.Strong communication skills.Strong Python and SQL skills.Experience with Tableau and or Power BI.Familiarity with experimental design is a plus.Ability to communicate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders is a plus.Benefits

This position is full time and remote, Monday through Friday, from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, with an hour break. However, flexibility is available based on coverage needs.
