Purpose of Your Work :

As an analystwithin Redwood, you will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and building reports from complex data sources. You will delve into unique issues within the logistics space and partner with cross-functional teams across business, technology, and product to ideate, develop, recommend, and implement solutions.

How You Make a Difference Every Day :

• Develop informative solutions for our brokerage that impact metrics and streamline network operations.
• Conduct root-cause analysis to identify the key drivers influencing operational performance and outcome variance.
• Identify new opportunities and recommendations to drive business impact through data exploration and collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Communicate results / insights to various stakeholders to aid strategic decision-making.

Work Schedule :

This position is full-time and remote, Monday through Friday, from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, with an hour break. However, flexibility is available based on coverage needs.
