Senior Material Data Analyst

We are hiring a Senior Material Data Analyst to join our growing Materials Management Analytics team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical expertise with business acumen and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will lead the design and execution of advanced analytics projects, supporting business-critical initiatives, transforming data into actionable insights, and collaborating across departments to drive strategic decisions.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead the analysis of complex datasets to uncover actionable insights and support high-impact business decisions.
  • Design and implement robust data sources, flows, and performance dashboards.
  • Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ensure data integrity through the development of scalable data pipelines and quality control processes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory, supply chain, operations, and customer satisfaction and support Monthly Business Reviews with strategic insights and performance tracking.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing) to deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and analytical excellence.
  • Provide support to initiatives led by internal champions and collaborate with stakeholders across North America at plants.
  • Track and follow up on ongoing projects to ensure alignment with business goals, while contributing to continuous process improvement through data insights and cross-functional collaboration.

    • Who You Are

    Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain analytics, or a related field.
  • Advanced English is required.
  • 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role.
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Proven ability to work with large datasets and complex systems (e.g., SAP, ERP platforms).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.

    • Desired Skills And Experience

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, R).
  • Experience in inventory management, supply chain analytics, or manufacturing operations.
  • Familiarity with Lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
  • Ability to integrate new tools and technologies to enhance analytics capabilities.
  • Creative problem-solver with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
