CONSULTFIZ LATAM , a fully owned subsidiary of Confiz LLC is looking fora Senior Data Analyst. They should be able to communicate insights effectively to build confidence and enable decisions that drive business value.

Responsibilities :

Partner with key stakeholders on data collection and analysis problems. Apply common statistical methods, data modeling, and predictive analysis to answer strategic questions.

Provide actionable insights to the business through data analytics and synthesize results into succinct presentations for senior management.

Collect data to analyze, execute, and measure operational behavior.

Support BI reporting, database production, and ad hoc analysis.

Dive deep into complex business problems and provide insights into acquisition and demand patterns through hypothesis testing.

Utilize SQL / Python or other relevant statistical tools for data mining and predictive analytics.

Maintain Airflow pipelines that ETL data to various sources (S3, MySQL, etc.).

Reconcile divergent demands of multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced work environment.

Requirements :

7+ years of experience using Python / SQL (or equivalent) programming languages.

7+ years of experience with databases, SQL, data modeling, data mining, and automated engineering solutions.

Familiarity with GCP Big Query and Presto is a plus.

Proficiency with advanced graphics / visualization software (e.g., MicroStrategy, Tableau, Looker).

Experience with cloud environments such as AWS and / or GCP.

Experience in developing near real-time distributed data processing solutions using Kafka, Flink, Spark, Kubernetes, Airflow, Apache Beam.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to develop strong relationships with a multitude of teams and stakeholders.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in statistics, math, economics, or a related quantitative discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
