Business Analyst

Slalom Mexico is looking for self-driven and curious individuals that have a passion for helping organizations solve complex business and technology problems.

We are seeking early career professionals, interested in developing skills in the consulting industry.

This role will work with a team, focused on project management, process improvement, operations, and business analysis.We are looking for candidates who are interested in working in a hybrid environment (1-2 days a week in office) as we build the foundation and grow our team in Mexico.

We offer a flexible working environment to balance the need to work independently, with days that may require in-person collaboration at our office.What You'll DoVerify scope and stakeholder involvement during program intake and build requirements gathering planSubmit business requirements and business and development teams and draft test plans with engineering teamsCommunicate effectively across multiple teams and levelsTrace back requirements to ensure all objectives have been metCreate and / or deliver status reports of business requirements on an ongoing basisCollaborate closely with program / delivery leaders and technical teams to support project deliverablesWhat You'll BringExcellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage confidently with various stakeholders.Ability to actively participate in workshops, interviews, and working sessions to identify and understand current gaps, needs, and requirements, and document findings clearly and effectively.Contribute to creating and updating user guides and documentation for AEM & Salsify to support knowledge sharing and enablement.Ability to work effectively on multiple assignments activities or projects in fast-paced environment.Proven track record of managing and delivering business requirements on time and within scope.E-commerce experience preferredProcess mapping experience preferred : Familiarity with process design tools (e.g., Lucidchart) to help visually map and optimize processes across people, process, and technology dimensions.We are looking for candidates who are interested in working in a hybrid environment as we build the foundation and grow our team in Mexico.
