Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and interpret business requirements and data to drive strategic decisions.

Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in business processes.

Collaborate with product, tech, and operations teams to translate business needs into clear documentation (e.g., user stories, workflows, diagrams).

Challenge the status quo and contribute innovative ideas for solving problems and improving systems.

Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders to communicate findings and solutions clearly.

Support project delivery by providing insights, ensuring requirements are met, and tracking outcomes.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative mindset.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Proven ability to work independently and think critically.

Experience with tools like Excel, SQL, JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
