This includes coordinating sample fulfillment, managing system workflows, and ensuring product readiness through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
You'll serve as a key liaison between operations, and other internal teams to support seamless transitions from early-stage sampling to high-volume production and broader market availability.Beyond product introduction, you'll drive long-term planning and execution by analyzing supply-demand dynamics, monitoring product performance, and managing product status transitions across the lifecycle.
This includes maintaining accurate product data, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring alignment across planning, supply chain, and business teams.
Success in this role requires a balance of operational discipline, strategic insight, and collaborative engagement to ensure CDBU's DRAM products are delivered competitively and reliably.Responsibilities : Collaborate with internal Micron teams to collect and enter sample requirements for new product introductions (NPI).
Maintain internal sample policies and ensure proper workflow setup in Salesforce and SAP for sample approvals and budget tracking.Support product definition by creating part numbers and contributing to BOM-level decisions.Manage the transition from NPI to high-volume production, including communication internally of key milestone dates (WS, ES, QS).
Partner with New Product Operations to track build schedules and provide estimated support timelines.Lead internal quarterly and long-term support planning to ensure continuity across tactical and strategic horizons.Maintain product status codes and ensure proper segmentation of part numbers within the portfolio.Facilitate clear communication across Micron organizations for initiatives impacting multiple teams.Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in a Business or Supply Chain related field.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP business suite.Background or experience with DRAM technology.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2-C1 English level).
Preferred Qualifications : Strong communication and teamwork skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work collaboratively with various internal Micron teams.
