Descripción del trabajoDevelop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, quality, and Ensure alignment of local execution with the company’s global strategic vision Define KPIs, track performance metrics, and ensure the achievement of business Collaborate with senior leadership on planning, budgeting, forecasting, and Identify opportunities for innovation and lead change management efforts to Oversee compliance with local regulations and internal policies Build and nurture a strong leadership team and empower managers through Represent the company in high-level conversations with key partners, vendors, Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to executive leadership Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, business strategy, Demonstrated experience leading multi-functional teams and large-scale Strong knowledge of business process optimization, performance management, Exceptional leadership and team development capabilities Advanced communication, analytical, and decision-making skills Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus Experience working in multinational or matrix organizations is highly valued A hands-on, accountable, and results-driven leadership style Insurance of major medical expenses (Sum assured $20,000,000.00 MXN) Life insurance (Death and MXN Disability) 12 Days of vacation per year, plus three floating holidays in addition to the seven official holidays in Mexico. 30 days of Christmas bonus Cell Phone Reimbursement Transportation Allowance
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Operations to oversee
and elevate our business operations in Guadalajara. This role will be responsible for
leading cross-functional teams, driving process excellence, and ensuring the successful
execution of strategic initiatives at a national level.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in business strategy, operational
leadership, and organizational scaling, with a proven track record of building efficient,
high-performing teams and aligning operations with business growth goals.
