We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Operations to oversee
and elevate our business operations in Guadalajara. This role will be responsible for
leading cross-functional teams, driving process excellence, and ensuring the successful
execution of strategic initiatives at a national level.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in business strategy, operational
leadership, and organizational scaling, with a proven track record of building efficient,
high-performing teams and aligning operations with business growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate operations across all business functions (finance, HR, legal,
sales support, customer service, etc.)
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, quality, andscalability
Ensure alignment of local execution with the company’s global strategic visionDefine KPIs, track performance metrics, and ensure the achievement of businessobjectives
Collaborate with senior leadership on planning, budgeting, forecasting, andgrowth initiatives
Identify opportunities for innovation and lead change management efforts tooptimize performance
Oversee compliance with local regulations and internal policiesBuild and nurture a strong leadership team and empower managers throughcoaching and clear performance expectations
Represent the company in high-level conversations with key partners, vendors,and stakeholders
Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to executive leadershipRequirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, orrelated field (MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly desirable)
8+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, business strategy,or general management
Demonstrated experience leading multi-functional teams and large-scaleinitiatives
Strong knowledge of business process optimization, performance management,and operational frameworks
