Payroll & Recruitment Coordinator

RUNNER Group is seeking a Payroll & Recruitment Coordinator to join our Mexico team in Ramos Arizpe. This role is an excellent opportunity for payroll professionals who are detail-oriented, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are passionate about delivering high-quality payroll services. As well as work closely with hiring managers, candidates and other functions to ensure a smooth and positive experience for everyone involved.

Expected Tasks :

1. Process Bi-weekly and ad-hoc payroll with accuracy and efficiency, ensure proper payroll documentation is maintained for each step of the process.

2. Collaborate effectively with internal partners and external service vendors to ensure payroll processing adheres to policies and Mexico statutory requirements.

3. Process employee and statutory payments, reconcile different scenarios and ensure accurate resolution and compliance with company policies and regulations.

4. Continuously find opportunities to improve payroll efficiency through process improvements and automation, while proactively addressing issues and proposing solutions as needed.

5. Candidate sourcing : Posting job openings on various platforms, utilizing job boards, networking, and attending job fairs to attract potential candidates.

6. Candidate communication : Reaching out to potential candidates, scheduling interviews, and providing updates on the application status.

7. Interview coordination : Arranging interviews with hiring managers, including scheduling, sending interview details, and managing candidate logistics.

8. Onboarding support : Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires.

Profile Required :

1. Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Human Resources.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Payroll coordination or talent acquisition.

3. Strong communication and organizational skills necessary for extensive interaction with personnel at all levels.

4. Proficiency in databases and MS Office products.

5. Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish & English (CEFR C1 or above).
