Review and study financial statements and related documentation. Also, prepare and verify a wide variety of financial documents. Perform routine and regular reconciliations of accounting records.
- Support the Accounting department in preparing and presenting financial statements in a timely manner, in accordance with NIFs and relevant regulations.
- Support in maintaining, updating, and reviewing the company's Chart of Accounts and presenting its name, concept, dynamics, and management, in accordance with current regulations.
- Support the Comptroller's Office in ensuring that appropriate physical inventories are conducted in a timely manner and that any variations that may arise are properly analyzed to comply with current regulations.
- Support in reviewing bank reconciliations and monthly balance sheet account reconciliations, as well as explaining cost and expense variations and trends.
- Support the plants (when requested) in the physical inventory processes of fixed assets and supplies.
- Identify areas of opportunity in the accounting process for risk prevention.
Requirements
Professional degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.Advanced English proficiency.3-5 years of experience as a data analyst, accounting, and auditing specialist.International Financial Reporting Standards.
