Junior Paid Media AssistantAbout us PALM ERA, an international marketing agency, is looking for a Junior Paid Media Assistant with a strong interest in digital advertising and growth.

This is an entry-to-mid-level position ideal for someone who wants to keep learning and growing in the Paid Media field.ResponsibilitiesSupport in the execution of paid campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).

Assist with campaign optimization and daily monitoring of performance.Help with reporting and tracking key metrics.Collaborate with the team on boosting posts and audience targeting.Stay updated with digital trends and contribute fresh ideas.AbilitiesFamiliar with Meta Business Manager (At least).

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.Good communication skills in English & Spanish.Team player with a proactive attitude.Requirements(if you do not comply, please DO NOT apply)1–2 years of experience executing Meta campaigns.At least one Meta certification (Blueprint or equivalent).
